Bentolux products are produced in an industrial complex Baulux fitted with modern European equipment.

In the production of bentonite and auxiliary materials we follow strict quality inspections of both raw material and intermediate products. Each type of clay that is going to be processed is carefully analyzed, laboratory tests are carried out. On receiving complete data of an incoming raw material, the most important step in the processing of it begins – it is clay preparation when raw material is interacted with the appropriate reagents in keeping with the recommendations.

Further souring and processing of raw materials provide a bentonite manufacturer with improved characteristics of the future product at the output. Continuous monitoring of clay readiness allows more efficient use of the time factor in clay preparation.

Processing of activated clay occurs under soft drying in order to preserve the colloidal properties of clay needed to produce high-quality drilling fluid. In order to obtain high-quality products, the state of devices and equipment for the production of bentonite powders is being updated and debugged under the control of an engineering team using the latest technologies in similar and related areas of production.

Grinding of the dried semi-finished product is carried out using a hammer mill, specially designed for our clays and working conditions. The usage of it gives a huge advantage because the grinding process gives additional activation of the raw material and it increments its output index in comparison with the standard equipment.
